For the review above, cut the correct wire to mirror the image.
I used this on the front of my 2024 Kawasaki KRX 1000 ES. Had to cut all 3 wire loops to have it work in the front location. One wire loop changes the display type, one removes the guide lines, and one mirrors the image. Works perfect and the cost can't be beat. The plug is the same as the factory connection on the KRX even though when I googled it, google said the RZR and KRX plugs were different. They are in fact identical. Other than cutting the wire loops this was a complete plug and play solution. You use the "select" button on the KRX dash to switch from front to back cameras on the fly. It also displays perfectly with zoom function intact on the factory color display that came with my ES model. Just thought this might help some KRX owners find a much cheaper alternative to the factory cameras.
The camera works despite not being the best quality. I found that cutting the blue wire fixed the issue on the ridecommand screen. I recommend plugging it in first to check if it's backwards before cutting the wire. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
This purchase was unnecessary, but I bought it because my machine already had the front plug. It was easy to install, but ultimately pointless since the image is mirrored. Reconnecting the camera did not fix the issue.
