These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of bossaudio.com and any purchase you make from us. The website is operated by BOSS Audio International (hereon referred to as "B.I.G.", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use our website and make purchases. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly at privacy@bossaudio.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, or correct errors in pricing, descriptions or availability, even after an order is placed. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the charge. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes and shipping unless stated. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers.
Shipping, returns and warranty coverage are described in our Warranty Policies, including our 30-Days Service Policy and Shipping Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.
We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, specifications or fit-guide results are complete, current or error-free. Fit-guide and vehicle-selector results are guidance only; please confirm fitment for your vehicle or vessel before installation. Car, marine and powersports audio products should be installed according to the product manual, and we recommend professional installation where needed. Use our products in compliance with local laws, including laws on vehicle noise and safe operation.
If you submit a review, photo, video, question or other content, you grant B.I.G. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and share it in connection with our products, website and marketing. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading. We may remove any submission at our discretion. Reviews may be collected and displayed through our reviews provider.
Participation in the Premium Rewards Program and in promotions such as sign-up discounts is voluntary and subject to the rules shown on the program or offer page. We may change, suspend or end the program or a promotion as permitted by law. Points and discounts have no cash value except where required by law. How we use information collected through these programs is described in our Privacy Policy.
