I own both the 4’ and 6’ sizes and they work great. I’ve hit trees with them, bent them, and driven over 70mph on the highway with no issues. They are solid products that I highly recommend.
I also experienced a whip breaking off at the base. I plan to reposition them for less movement. The replacement whip I ordered has connectors in reverse, requiring rewiring. Identifying correct plugs is challenging due to differing part numbers on the whips.
The flag broke off during my first ride, and the remote doesn't control the whip.
Had a blast cruising around the desert until the acrylic tube broke at the base. The ride was fun but the board is too stiff for my liking. I'll attempt to fix it, but seriously?
After spending 14 hours on my new 2020 RZR, I noticed that both boss whip lights broke at the base during open desert driving. It seems like they are more for showboating than hard driving. If the new whips break, I'll have to replace the whole system.
