    Cannot turn volume down

    Got this with our new travel trailer. It connects and plays both USB and music via Bluetooth. Only issue is there is no way to turn down the volume. When using the + and - it changes the song. It is so incredibly loud it is painful to listen to.

    Over all great product!

    Great product. Sounds great, easy to hook up!. Only complaint is at full volume level battery dosent last long. Over all great product tho!
