Proposition 65 is a California law that applies to companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a "right-to-know" law. Businesses are required to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65.
There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including electronic equipment, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
Why do you see the warning on our packaging and website?
The warning is part of our ongoing effort to comply with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (known as "Proposition 65").

Just yesterday, Easter Sunday 2018, I assisted my adult son with the install of a round Boss MGR 350B AM/FM Stereo Bluetooth unit in our jointly owned '93 Malibu Euro F-3 Skier.
We installed the unit in place of one of the two speedometers and the fit was perfect. We were replacing an aging Pyle AM/FM stereo unit with CD player. We tied the new Boss unit into our existing Sony Explod amp............. boy what great change and upgrade this was for the $$$.

Great sound and size...
Tied in nicely to my existing Sony Marine amp (high side wiring) and puts out great sound. Seems to work well with iPhone6 over Bluetooth as well...

Great Radio!
I have had this installed in my boat for a year. Good sound, pairs easily with my IPOD. My only wish is that they had a cover like a couple other brands. I noticed on a hot sunny day of fishing my screen fades out. I try to remember to put a towel over it, but a nicer looking cover would look better on my dash.

Great UTV Radio
Just installed the MGR350B radio in the dash of our Honda Pioneer 500. Very pleased with the radio quality, sound with the MRWT40 speakers, reception with the Boss wire antenna and Boss USB port. Radio works great on Bluetooth as well. Couldn't be happier with the purchase at this time. One of the main reasons we purchased this radio was because of the weather radio feature which helps to keep abreast of the latest weather when riding in back country.

Amazing little radio!
This radio was a perfect match for my '77 CJ5 dash. Had to cut a new 3" hole where the tachometer would normally go but worked out great and is water proof! It's also round and fits in with the look of the rest of the dash. There's also sub-woofer pre-outs if I ever want to run an amp & sub.... AND it's bluetooth! Kept an eye on this one and scooped up one cheap, under 50 bucks off an Amazon warehouse deal, it showed up missing some things, like the mounting bracket but that was easy to make out of some scrap sheet metal I had laying around. Also think one of the front channels is blown, but I'm not trying to run a bunch of speakers here. Also picked up a BOSS Audio MUSB35 Universal USB/3.5mm 6 foot long Auxiliary Interface Mount & Cable (https://www.amazon.com/BOSS-Audio-MUSB35-Universal-Auxiliary/dp/B00IBDSFAU/ref=pd_bxgy_107_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00IBDSFAU&pd_rd_r=H816BTDEJ8TMZA33EJAF&pd_rd_w=JYcC9&pd_rd_wg=pF3Tz&psc=1&refRID=H816BTDEJ8TMZA33EJAF) to go with it for easy...

This radio is great because it fits perfectly in hole for your speedometer ...
This radio is great because it fits perfectly in hole for your speedometer gauge for your boat. You just remove the speedometer (which probably isn't working anyway) and put this in it's place. Buy a soft wire FM antenna to plug in to it and you will have great radio reception on the water. Bluetooth works great also. My console, and this unit, are not covered and out in the weather and it is holding up fine in the rain, salt spray, etc. I have noticed condensation inside under the display (I'm in south Florida with high humidity) but it quickly dries out.

Good unit, why no power button? - Revised, the mute button is the power button - user error :-)
Unit was installed in a 2015 Can-Am Commander. I had to swap out the dash board, but that was easy. Slight modification to the hole in the dash that was done with a dremmel and sanding bit to just open the hole up a little. Worked great, fits snug and performs well. Sounds pretty good too, even with cheap marine speakers. I cannot see where you can turn the unit off, though. Weird that there isn't a power button. I guess you just mute it when you don't want to hear it. Wires are all clearly labeled so installation and wiring is straight forward. A lot of options on the unit. I added a usb and auxiliary input that I mounted in the glove box. Both just plug into the inputs on the back of the radio. Update - holding the mute button down turns the unit off. My fault. I've bumped up the rating to 5 because of my incompetence!
