Proposition 65 is a California law that applies to companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a "right-to-know" law. Businesses are required to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65.
There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including electronic equipment, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
Why do you see the warning on our packaging and website?
The warning is part of our ongoing effort to comply with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (known as "Proposition 65").
Shocked at how clear these speakers are. They have great bass and have great clarity. I have a set of rocksford fosgate punch speakers and these sound just a tad less as good. Which scares me that they sound almost as good as a speaker that costs 3x the price.

Good, not great sound, but outstanding for the budget.
I bought two pair. The 6x9s have some good bass, unless you wish to make your ears bleed. The harder you push them, the muddier the sound gets until it is distorted. They do have some good weight to them, so I figured they would deliver decent sound. The 6.5s surprised me. They don't look like much, they weren't very deep, they are pretty light, but they do a lot better than expected, especially with bass. Again, you can't push it too hard, but for m purposes, they do just fine. These were installed in a 98 Camry. The 6.5s being so shallow were good, as I didn't have to buy a spacer to fit them in. I would highly recommend these for someone looking for good, not great sound, and are on a budget.

Clean Rich Sound On A Budget
I have to admit I was never a big fan of BOSS... anything..I ordered some of there stuff years ago when they first came out and I was not impressed...after today, I may change the way I think about BOSS now. I ordered these BOSS Audio CH6930 Chaos Exxtreme for my wife's 2000 civic. I had already installed a new Sony head unit and 2 new Sony 6 1/2 's in the doors. Still it didnt have a very full sound. So I found these. After reading tons of reviews and not wanting to drop more than 50 on another pair of speakers, I rolled the dice on them. It was an easy install on the Civic and after about 30 minutes I had them up and running. Immediately I noticed a huge difference from the stock speakers. I sat there and flipped through a variety of songs and was actually quite impressed. Are they the best? Probably not the best. Do they sound good? Yes they do...Even at pretty loud levels they stood up and didnt crack out like others I have installed. At 150 watts rms I don't have any issues...
