California Prop 65 Warning

What is Proposition 65?

Proposition 65 is a California law that applies to companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a "right-to-know" law. Businesses are required to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65.

There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including electronic equipment, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

Why do you see the warning on our packaging and website?

The warning is part of our ongoing effort to comply with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (known as "Proposition 65").

Good Performance for the $$$

I have just purchased one of these and have hooked it up to run an Infinity 15" Competition Grade Sub. Not normally the kind of amp used to run one of these speakers however it handles the speaker with relative ease. I am not one who pushes gear to the max but even my daughters noticed how well it powers this sub. Easy to install and came with all it should do including the remote bass control, which I have not installed as my head unit has its own dedicated sub control. Overall I think its very good value for the money $$$.

Awesome Amp for the price!

This amp is awesome. I am able to drive 2 of my subs with great punch for the price. I had a 400watt BOSS Riot amp that this one replaced, that I have for more than a few years now. Will definitely recommend it for the price point. Good quality for the price. Keep up the good work!

This thing CRANKS! I have it bridged, and I'm using it for 200Hz and under, and WOW. Into my 2x10 box, it's unreal. Buy this. Ignore the negative reviews.

Very nice for price.

Has been good so far, it is pushing my 2 Dual 12's just fine with plenty of room to spare. Gets a little warm after about 45minutes but nothing I should have to worry about. Will update if anything goes wrong from this point.
