California Prop 65 Warning

What is Proposition 65?

Proposition 65 is a California law that applies to companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a "right-to-know" law. Businesses are required to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65.

There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including electronic equipment, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

Why do you see the warning on our packaging and website?

The warning is part of our ongoing effort to comply with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (known as "Proposition 65").

Good system for the price!

Installed on my Victory cross roads, should be plenty loud enough for highway speeds. Only drawback I found was the length of the speaker wires was fairly short. Besides that a fairly painless install.

I mounted all 4 speakers on my engine guard... No need to add an on/off switch to this system. Wired to factory switch.

I've had my speakers installed for about 300 miles or so and I am very impressed with the sound! I mounted all 4 speakers on my engine guard just didn't want anything on my handle bars for looks purposes and I personally think it looks great. I ride with a full face helmet and riding at speeds of about 75mph I can hear the music but just barely but riding thur town ohh it turns heads. I did read lots of reviews and did see people talking about it don't have a an on/off switch. Well you don't need one. The way I wired mine I got a digital voltmeter and found me a light wire that cuts power on when I put the switch in accessory or ignition so the amp will only cut on if that switch is turned and that has been working out great for me. Now for the installation there are no instructions! The paper it comes with just shows you the wiring diagram, these are your speakers wires here and this is your positive and negative and this is your volume control and that's pretty much your...

So far, so good.

There are a few things I will mention about this system. When you look at similar systems, it's hard to beat the sound you get for the price you pay. You have to remember that these are 3" speakers. They are NOT going to have much bass at all. If that's what you're looking for, you might want to look somewhere else. I was skeptical about this system and was wondering how well I would be able to hear it while running 75 down the highway. I have to say that I'm pleased with it so far and that it has plenty of volume. I have a windshield on my bike, and that helps some. I have 2 speakers and the volume control mounted on the handlebars. The other 2 speakers are mounted on the front crash bars. With a handlebar mounted Ipod, I can control the music fairly easy. Now for the bad. All 4 speakers are hard wired into a connector that plugs into the connector from the amplifier. I had to mount the amp in the owners manual / tool kit compartment down low on my 05 Suzuki...

Fantastic sound!!!

These 5 speakers are WELL worth the money!! We put these on my 2015 Softail Deluxe and they are amazing! Obviously not as good as my husband's Ultra Limited sound system - but impressive nonetheless. I put 2 speakers on my handlebars and 2 in between the windshield and the fork. Don't believe there is no bass like some other reviewers have said - you just have to adjust your music source's equalizer. I bluetooth'd my galaxy 5 and purchased a remote for it so I can change volume and songs without having to access my phone screen. I couldn't be more pleased with this system!!!!!
