    Excellent product

    This is a review of the BCPA8. Not sure what the difference is between the A8 and the A8W, but the features appear to be the same.

    I have a classic car (72 Olds Cutlass) and I wanted a modern radio with CarPlay, and this was perfect. Good screen size for my application. No issues with boot up time (10-15 seconds) like another reviewer stated. Fairly easy install and wiring as I used a single DIN universal underdash housing so I didn't have cut up my dash to do the install. The initial setup through the settings tab was easy to do, and CarPlay connected to my phone with no issues. As for sound, I have aftermarket surface mounted speakers (Boss Audio AVA6200) and a 125 watt subwoofer and the sound is awesome! The 85 watts per channel is more than adequate for this vehicle. Removable screen is a plus so I can remove it when I'm at car shows. Easy to remove and reattach the screen. Overall, I am very pleased with this radio and would recommend Boss Audio.

    This is the second Boss radio we have gotten. I absolutely love mine. They're easy to use and the screen is clear and sharp. We got this one in a 2011 Buick Regal with no problems. Our other one is in a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan.

    Works great

    Packaged well and easy to install. The 8" screen allows for installation in almost any vehicle.The screen locks in to the deck easily.The touch screen fire up in about 10-15 seconds once powered up. Controls are easy to navigate and respond fast.Bluetooth pairs automatically once connected and phone calls are loud and clear.
