I purchased this for my high school-aged son solely for the Bluetooth (hands free talk) connection and the back-up camera. The camera and screen have been fine, however the Bluetooth will not turn on. The toggle switch will not move to enable it, and I have been unable to find a fix. Also, the GPS is stuck in Washington, D.C. and will not update to our location. The volume control was either off or extremely loud upon installation and I had to mess with the equalization for a long time to get it balanced. I would appreciate any ideas or recommendations on the Bluetooth and GPS issues.

The unit is ok, the backup camera is good, BUT, DO NOT BUY FOR NAVIGATION. The mapset is deplorable, it does not have a majority of addresses. I have used it to navigate to 3 different addresses, One was the wrong street, my home address (which is not in the data base, marked by long press to mark location, could not navigate back to it, and the 3rd was on the wrong side of the street. The software Ndrive, will not run on most earlier versions of windows, The maps are updated (I found Ndrive will run on a win10). Maps are android based, and locating a better mapset seems impossible. I need Mexico, which seems unavailable. NDrive customer support, or any such contact impossible. THEY DO NOT RESPOND. It has been a week with no response, and twice daily emails sent to support, their , help desk, their customer base, and job desk. Boss stated that the only way to contact was Email. Boss is not so helpful with the navigation end. After 4 hours installing the unit, and BU Camera, they offer a return for refund. I bought for the radio/CD player/ BU camera and Nav system. I guess 3 out of 4. DO NOT BUY if you need a GPS nav system. One star for lack of NAV support, the selling point of this system.
