California Prop 65 Warning

What is Proposition 65?

Proposition 65 is a California law that applies to companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a "right-to-know" law. Businesses are required to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65.

There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including electronic equipment, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

Why do you see the warning on our packaging and website?

The warning is part of our ongoing effort to comply with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (known as "Proposition 65").

Bought the 10in with the AR4000d. It’s impressive to say the least. They are loud they are boomy and yes that’s from a 10”. Amp gain over 3/4 getting around 800 watts and at 1ohm. I’m impressed. Broke them in over a 2-3week period now gradual increase in volume. They hit. Great bang for the buck. I would love 4 and 2 Ar4000d to get even better knock.

Best bang for buck

These p106dvc are the best bang for buck I’ve seen. So far they have taken 400 or so apiece moving up slow. Max closer to 5-600 not 2100. Great low cost sub hands down.

Shakes my panels

This thing is amazing especially for the price. I have it in a slot ported box in the back of my 99 Explorer, and it covers one of my back seats. When I listen to certain songs I can't even use my rear view mirror. My amp is the Boss AR1500m as see in the picture (please excuse my wiring i haven't had time to correct it cause I've been busy) overall it sounds amazing even though I'm positive it's nowhere near the 1150 rms at 2ohms maybe somewhere around 250-350, But for the price I couldn't find anything better

Very good sub

First of all the so called "1000 watt rms" is a stretch. I am getting about 600-500w and it overheato alittle for some songs but that's because I am blasting them with the hardest songs I have. Very happy with this sub if your looking for a cheaper 15" subwoofer with good sound quality and power this is the one. I have set car alarms off with this

These are the perfect subs for someone wanting some decent bass for cheap

These are the perfect subs for someone wanting some decent bass for cheap. Like most people say, they're probably not rated for 2500 watts each but it's well worth it for $60 a sub. And if you don't like it then it's not like you're in a lot of money. I have 2 of these hooked up to a 5000 watt Pyramid America amp and they're wired down to 4ohm bridged. They hit pretty hard and the gain is only set to a little over half. Definitely worth the price!
